Nia Dadson

Nia is Head of Governance of Syncona Investment Management Ltd.

She is a corporate lawyer by background and has spent much of her career advising FTSE100 firms on their corporate governance structures and company law. After qualifying as a lawyer, Nia worked in the corporate M&A team at Linklaters LLP, and has since held roles as corporate counsel to Morgan Stanley in EMEA, Head of Governance at Hargreaves Lansdown, and most recently Deputy Head of Governance at Barclays PLC.
