Harriet is the Head of People at Syncona Investment Management Ltd.
Harriet is a senior human resources executive with over 20 years’ experience working in some of the world’s top pharma companies. She has lived and worked in multiple countries across three continents over the last 15 years. Most recently she was Head of HR for Europe at Alcon Eyecare. She has also previously held Head of HR roles at GSK and Novartis. Harriet graduated with a degree in Latin and Ancient Greek.
