Anastasia Prechistenskaya

Anastasia is a People Partner at Syncona Investment Management Ltd.

Anastasia brings 20 years of experience in HR. Most recently, she served as HR Partner for the UK and Ireland at Alcon, having previously held the role of HR Partner for the Europe region and Head of HR for Russia. Before joining Alcon, Anastasia was Head of HR for Russia at Diageo and before that – at Groupe SEB. Prior to that she spent seven years at Sanofi, where she was HRBP for Medical, Regulatory, Clinical Study Unit, and several business units. Anastasia began her career journey at a top-three strategy consulting firm in Russia, where she progressed over seven years from HR Manager to HR Director and ultimately Chief of Staff.

Anastasia holds a Master of Science in HR and Sociology from Moscow State University.
